Vercel

Manage deployments and projects on Vercel. In Appbricx, your workflows and server functions call it by name once it is connected.

What you can do

6 actions, each one call from a workflow or a server function. Triggers come from your app: a row changing, a schedule or a webhook.

  • Create Deploymentcreate_deployment
    Create a deployment for an existing Vercel project using either a redeploy source deployment ID or a git source payload.
  • List Projectslist_projects
    Retrieve all Vercel projects for the authenticated user or team.
  • Get Deployment Statusget_deployment_status
    Retrieve a deployment and inspect its current status.
  • List Environment Variableslist_environment_variables
    Retrieve environment variables for a Vercel project.
  • Upsert Environment Variableupsert_environment_variable
    Create or update a Vercel environment variable using Vercel's upsert API.
  • Custom API Callcustom_api_call
    Make a custom API call to Vercel. The Authorization header is injected automatically. If your connection uses Team ID or Team Slug, add `teamId` or `slug` manually in the URL or Query Parameters for team-scoped requests.

Set it up

About two minutes, once per project or once for the whole workspace.

  1. Open Integrations in the builder

    Backend panel, Integrations tab, then Vercel. To connect it for every project, use Workspace settings, Integrations.

  2. Add your credentials

    An API key (or token) from your Vercel account, pasted once. It is stored encrypted and only read on the server when an action runs.

    • API key From Vercel's settings
  3. Call an action

    From a workflow, by integration id and action name. The call answers with success, output and, when it fails, the reason.

    Workflow
    // .workflow.js (native ctx)
    export async function run(ctx) {
      const res = await ctx.integrations.invoke("vercel", "create_deployment", {
        "project": "<project>",
        "deployment_source": "redeploy"
      });
      if (!res.success) throw new Error(res.error);
      ctx.log.info("Vercel answered", { output: res.output });
    }
